Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Wlkway, Inc. (“Wlkway”, “we”, “us”) provides a quoting platform for residential exterior contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This policy applies to our marketing site (wlkway.com), the application, and the live customer-report domain (servicequotereport.com).

2. Information we collect

Account information

Name, email, phone, role, and organization affiliation when you sign up.
Profile photo and display preferences when you set them.

Usage information

Pages viewed, quotes created, files uploaded, and feature interactions.
Device, browser, IP address, and approximate location.

Customer-provided content

Measurement files (XML, JSON, PDF) you upload.
Quote line items, pricing, photos, and notes.

Quote-recipient information

Names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of homeowners or other quote recipients you enter or import.
Any payment method information collected through Stripe is processed by Stripe directly; we receive only a token reference.

3. How we use information

Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
Process payments and prevent fraud.
Send transactional email (account, billing, and security notices).
Provide customer support.
Comply with legal obligations.

We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients (subprocessors):

Supabase, Inc. — database and authentication hosting.
Vercel, Inc. — application hosting and content delivery.
Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
Resend.com — transactional email delivery.
Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS and DDoS protection.
HighLevel (when you authorize the integration) — CRM sync of quotes and contacts.
Anthropic (where AI assistance is enabled) — narrowly scoped, content-only requests; no account credentials transmitted.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. After that, account data is deleted unless we are required to retain it for tax, legal, or accounting purposes (typically 7 years for financial records).

You can export your data at any time from the application’s Settings → Data Export panel.

6. Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your information (subject to retention obligations).
Object to or restrict processing.
Receive your information in a portable format.
Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined under California law (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising).

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices:

TLS 1.2+ for all data in transit.
Encryption at rest for the application database.
Row-level security on all tenant data.
Annual penetration testing.
24-hour breach-notification commitment to affected customers.
